Need a secure place to park a group of work vans? We have capacity to discuss dedicated areas of the lot for fleet parking and other compatible business uses, in addition to ample parking for building tenants.

Fleet & overnight parking
Bring your vehicle count, vehicle sizes, and access schedule. Let’s discuss a dedicated area for your operation.
Electric-fleet charging
Looking for an overnight charging base? We welcome proposals, including mobile charging. Power capacity, equipment, and installation would need to be assessed for your operation.
Clean, orderly outdoor storage
Ask about short- or long-term arrangements for suitable storage or another well-maintained business use.
