The Dairy Building began as part of a working dairy operation on SE 8th Avenue. A substantial 2017 gut renovation rebuilt the main building from the inside out while keeping the scale, timber roof trusses, and character of its industrial shell.
Today, glass-fronted suites open onto skylit common spaces, and mezzanines give many workspaces a second level. There is room for focused office work, design studios, and hands-on businesses—with places to meet a client or take a call beyond your own suite.

Mezzanines & daylight
Many suites have mezzanines within the tall industrial volume, creating distinct zones for the workday. Exposed timber, skylights, and glass fronts make these spaces worth seeing in person.

The shared kitchen and long communal table sit alongside skylit gathering and recreation spaces. An outdoor deck adds another place to take a break during the workday.

Approximately 160 on-site parking spaces give teams and visitors options beyond the street. Indoor bike storage and shared shower facilities support a two-wheel commute, too.
Room for the practical work
Shared dock-high loading areas support deliveries and the movement of materials and finished goods. Discuss loading access, power, and any production requirements with the leasing team.
Modern from the inside out
The 2017 renovation brought a new roof and windows, new HVAC, plumbing, electrical and LED lighting, updated fire-safety and access-control systems, and seismic upgrades.
